We can cover over your existing timber fascia’s providing that they are in sound condition and install new gutters and downpipes or we can remove all the timbers and fully replace your fascia’s and soffits with grade 1 PVCu and replace your guttering and downpipes in a colour of your choice.

Our architect will visit you in your home and talk through your idea’s and will prepare detailed drawings for your project and after your approval we will submit them for planning permission (if required) and we will communicate with the local authority at every stage of the project to give you a stress free and beautiful extension to your home. Our time served tradesmen will extend your home and talk with you on regular intervals to keep you informed on how your project is taking shape, we will apply for the completion notice from the local authority at the end of the works which is all part of our total peace of mind service.
